Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cioc SC's Irinel Cristache started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes FC DACIA BRĂILA got a freekick which was hit by Dan Dăscălescu. After 5 minutes, Gigi Mitu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC DACIA BRĂILA and the Cioc SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Gigi Mitu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurențiu Barbăneagră showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Enache, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 11 played minutes FC DACIA BRĂILA got a freekick which was hit by Nicodim Ţintă. 12 minutes into the game, Dorel Dan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC DACIA BRĂILA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cioc SC the free kick. In the 21st minute, Alin Berceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd match minute, Cioc SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irinel Roman to maneuver through the defense. After 27 minutes, Horia Noica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC DACIA BRĂILA and the Cioc SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 30 minutes into the match, Irinel Roman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurel Mironov. FC DACIA BRĂILA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Irinel Roman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Niculae Curuțiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Aurel Mironov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC DACIA BRĂILA's zone, Irinel Cristache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurel Mironov came out of the goal and Irinel Cristache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute Basarab Popean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Mironov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Irinel Roman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to FC DACIA BRĂILA getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Manole Păunescu hit a great ball. Radu Enache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Laurențiu Barbăneagră tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Gigi Mitu made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cioc SC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alin Berceanu hit a great ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurel Mironov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irinel Roman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th match minute, FC DACIA BRĂILA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorel Dan to maneuver through the defense. Irinel Cristache was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cosmin Ciocâlteu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC DACIA BRĂILA's Aurel Mironov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Cristache in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Radu Enache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Barbăneagră saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurel Mironov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Cristache, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Aurel Mironov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Roman in the 73rd minute of play. Aurel Mironov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Cristache in the 77th minute of the match. FC DACIA BRĂILA's Aurel Mironov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Roman in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, Cioc SC's Irinel Cristache made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurel Mironov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Cosmin Ciocâlteu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cioc SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Ciocâlteu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurel Mironov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 97th minute, Irinel Cristache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurel Mironov was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1.
