After a defensive mix-up in FC LIDIA's zone, Panait Ghionescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Secondo Volante came out of the goal and Panait Ghionescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tudor Taşcă scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Secondo Volante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute Radu Bota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Secondo Volante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes FC LIDIA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nichifor Hurgoi who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Nichifor Hurgoi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC LIDIA's Secondo Volante did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Taşcă in the 17th minute of play forced FC LIDIA's goalkeeper Secondo Volante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Tudor Taşcă made the kick off in the second half. Tudor Taşcă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Secondo Volante made a huge save. In the 57th minute of the match, Radu Bota got a very nice opportunity to score, but Secondo Volante was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 60 minutes, Jörgen Koop managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apostarii FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörgen Koop was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Diagur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Secondo Volante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tudor Taşcă got free with Secondo Volante in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC LIDIA's Secondo Volante got control of the ball when Tudor Taşcă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panait Ghionescu took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Secondo Volante. Secondo Volante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. When Apostarii FC's Tudor Taşcă in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC LIDIA's goalie prevented a goal. Horia Zamfira kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Tudor Taşcăs short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Secondo Volante to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC LIDIA's Secondo Volante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save FC LIDIA from getting a goal against them. Secondo Volante came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Apostarii FC's Panait Ghionescu. But to his dismay, Panait Ghionescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Apostarii FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
