The corner led Team in construction's Alexander Bernabel to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonas Hermansson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Jonas Hermansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ioan Beca. The crowd rose to their feet as Ioan Beca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonas Hermansson. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Jonas Hermansson made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Fu Sheng Jian sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, Amedeo Melis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pompiliu Minea hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Alexander Bernabel, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 22nd match minute, BlueLionesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Melis to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Team in construction's Jonas Hermansson threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fu Sheng Jian, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 25th minute Fu Sheng Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Hermansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Team in construction got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Mendrea. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Claudiu Mârza managed to get in a good position for a shot. BlueLionesse's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudiu Mârza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Lorenz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Team in construction's zone, Augustin Ştefănuţ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Lorenz came out of the goal and Augustin Ştefănuţ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Ştefănuţ in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Lorenz saved Team in construction from getting behind. When Amedeo Melis fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BlueLionesse's protests and gave Amedeo Melis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, BlueLionesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Melis to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes BlueLionesse got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Minea. If Fu Sheng Jian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 50 played minutes BlueLionesse got a freekick which was hit by Yuan Xi Chao. 52 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goal looked a bit too open when Fu Sheng Jian came free, but Jonas Hermansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Team in construction's Cristo Lorenz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Team in construction from getting a goal against them. If Augustin Ştefănuţ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Team in construction got a freekick which was hit by Isac Pop. Claudiu Mârza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Lorenz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. BlueLionesse's Jonas Hermansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioan Beca in the 72nd minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Augustin Ştefănuţ was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BlueLionesse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Team in construction the free kick. Jonas Hermansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fu Sheng Jian in the 78th minute of the match. BlueLionesse's Jonas Hermansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioan Beca in the 86th minute of play. Ioan Beca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Hermansson having to interfere. In the 95th minute Ioan Beca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Hermansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Team in construction were the better team. Team in construction's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
