Spectators: 8105 (Terracing: 6080, Seating: 1864, VIP seats: 161) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lucas Faro got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Lucas Faro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barcelona and the Dinamo Soimu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucas Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Horia Poplăcean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Faro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horia Poplăcean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Faro's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute FC Barcelona were awarded a corner. Claus Petermann went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Barcelona's Claus Petermann was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Horia Poplăcean in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC Barcelona's Doru Opaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Ipate in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Kungla in the 9th minute of play forced FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Doru Opaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horia Poplăcean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Doru Opaina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Kungla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Doru Opaina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dinamo Soimu's Xanti Gatnau got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Tutuianu in the 25th minute of play forced Dinamo Soimu's goalkeeper Horia Poplăcean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vasile Beraru during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona's Vasile Beraru got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Vasile Beraru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, FC Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel David to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Ipate came free, but Doru Opaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Dinamo Soimu got a corner. FC Barcelona's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucrețiu Grădinaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Lucrețiu Grădinaru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Doru Opaina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 33 played minutes FC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Răcănel. After 34 minutes, Xanti Gatnau made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Barcelona's Doru Opaina tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gheorghe Cucu kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Dinamo Soimu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Barbosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Doru Opaina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by August Kungla. In the 55th minute Xanti Gatnau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doru Opaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Erik Sjöberg took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horia Poplăcean. Horia Poplăcean dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to FC Barcelona getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Claus Petermann hit a great ball. FC Barcelona's Doru Opaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Vaida in the 65th minute of play. Doru Opaina made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ferdinand Ipate sent off a good shot on target. After 68 played minutes FC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Claus Petermann. Dinamo Soimu's Cazimir Nițu was substituted for Virgil Pintilie. With a little luck, FC Barcelona's Doru Opaina got control of the ball when Cazimir Nițu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 80 played minutes Dinamo Soimu got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Runcu. Xanti Gatnau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doru Opaina having to interfere. If Egil Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute, Per-Erik Sjöberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
