After having played for 11 minutes, Ettore Milanese managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cimpina AS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ettore Milanese was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 14 minutes GoldDiam V55's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amedeo Palone who took care of the corner kick. Cheng De Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Bockelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteve Vidal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliodor Barbosu's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Radu Pacurar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Cimpina AS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Nicolas Ioannou hit a great ball. The supporters of Cimpina AS booed when GoldDiam V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliodor Barbosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Teodor Gheorghiță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheng De Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave GoldDiam V55 a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eliodor Barbosu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cimpina AS's Esteve Vidal. 4-0. Many of Cimpina AS's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cimpina AS may have spent more time on the ball, but GoldDiam V55 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
