The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, STEAUA86's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Barbosu came free, but Serafin Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Eliodor Barbosu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Vellito. STEAUA86's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliodor Barbosu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Serafin Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliodor Barbosu in the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ernest Capșuneanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. GoldDiam V55's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernest Capșuneanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Vellito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Vlad Dragomir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafin Vellito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. STEAUA86's Serafin Vellito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Barbosu in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Martin Duca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GoldDiam V55's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STEAUA86 the free kick. In the 18th minute, Martin Duca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, STEAUA86's goal looked a bit too open when Radu Pacurar came free, but Serafin Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Vellito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliodor Barbosu's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Eliodor Barbosu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STEAUA86's Serafin Vellito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Serafin Vellito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Pacurar in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Ernest Capșuneanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Serafin Vellito showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 29 played minutes GoldDiam V55 got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Drăghici. Serafin Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Barbosu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Radu Pacurar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GoldDiam V55's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radu Pacurar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the STEAUA86 defense, Eliodor Barbosu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafin Vellito. The STEAUA86 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafin Vellito should have stopped the shot. Cheng De Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Ortzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Serafin Vellito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Barbosu in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, STEAUA86's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Barbosu came free, but Serafin Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Eliodor Barbosu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florentino Vargass short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Cheng De Jing to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliodor Barbosu made a kick off. STEAUA86's Serafin Vellito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Barbosu in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute GoldDiam V55 were awarded a corner. Eliodor Barbosu went to the cornerflag to take it. After 59 minutes STEAUA86's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliodor Barbosu who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to GoldDiam V55 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ernest Capșuneanu hit a great ball. When Nechifor Drăghici got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for GoldDiam V55. In the 62nd minute, Eliodor Barbosu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafin Vellito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 65th play minutes Eliodor Barbosu shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Serafin Vellito and just under the crossbar into goal. After 68 played minutes GoldDiam V55 got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Capșuneanu. STEAUA86's Serafin Vellito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Barbosu in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Dragomir in the 78th minute of play forced STEAUA86's goalkeeper Serafin Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 played minutes STEAUA86 got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Iftode. Vlad Dragomir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Vellito having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Radu Pacurar could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Serafin Vellito however easily saved by the left post. Eliodor Barbosus short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Serafin Vellito to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 87 in the game by Eliodor Barbosu from a close distance when the talented Serafin Vellito managed to make a qualified save. STEAUA86's players were relieved. Eliodor Barbosu took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafin Vellito. Serafin Vellito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Martin Duca hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. GoldDiam V55's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
