Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredrik Ljungberg to make the kick off. Dan Rebengiuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Ciorănescu in the 54th minute of the match. Mihail Udrea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristi Uduleanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match Gidofalva CSM got a corner. FC bRASOVIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Narcis Gușatu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eduard Ciorănescu's late challenge caught a Gidofalva CSM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduard Ciorănescu helped the player get up and apologised. 77 minutes into the match, FC bRASOVIA's goal looked a bit too open when Łukasz Tobolev came free, but Mihail Udrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristi Uduleanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mihail Udrea came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristi Uduleanu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, FC bRASOVIA's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Poplăcean came free, but Mihail Udrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihail Udrea came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Gidofalva CSM's Łukasz Tobolev. But to his dismay, Łukasz Tobolev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. 90 minutes into the match, Łukasz Tobolev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihail Udrea. FC bRASOVIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Łukasz Tobolev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Mihail Udrea made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Marian Mălaimare sent off a good shot on target. The FC bRASOVIA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gidofalva CSM were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
