Spectators: 8162 (Terracing: 6123, Seating: 1877, VIP seats: 162) Robert Dinamite started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 7 minutes into the match, UFC Veseud's goal looked a bit too open when Phoenix Alb came free, but Dinu Cănănău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, MINAS TIRITH's Niculae Dudău got control of the ball when Robert Dinamite tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Eric Buga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dinu Cănănău was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. George Alupulesei hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Dinamite got free with Niculae Dudău in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of UFC Veseud booed when MINAS TIRITH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Alupulesei didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute UFC Veseud were awarded a corner. Jörgen Skoog went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jörgen Skoog got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Niculae Dudău quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute Phoenix Alb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Cănănău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Liviu Vlăsiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Cănănău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phoenix Alb in the 39th minute of play forced UFC Veseud's goalkeeper Dinu Cănănău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Eric Buga suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. MINAS TIRITH's Iustinian Crăiță was substituted for Eric Buga. In the 41st minute, Robert Dinamite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, MINAS TIRITH's Liviu Vlăsiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinu Cănănău made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 45 played minutes UFC Veseud got a freekick which was hit by Dan Muscaș.

The wind increased when Phoenix Alb made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Liviu Vlăsiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Cănănău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Phoenix Alb got free with Dinu Cănănău in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Alex Teodoroiu put in a rough tackle. In the 70thth minute Gelu Scaeru easily got through UFC Veseud's defense and fired away a shot, but Dinu Cănănău leaped left and performed a fabulous save. In the 71st minute of the match MINAS TIRITH got a corner. UFC Veseud's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Phoenix Alb ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Phoenix Alb almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UFC Veseud's Dinu Cănănău did a great save. Dinu Cănănău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Crăiță in the 74th minute of play. The throw-in from Gelu Scaeru in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by UFC Veseud's Eliodor Durbacă. Phoenix Alb's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dinu Cănănău firmly grabbed it by the left post. Robert Dinamite scored 2-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niculae Dudău, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th match minute, MINAS TIRITH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Alupulesei to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, UFC Veseud's goal looked a bit too open when Phoenix Alb came free, but Dinu Cănănău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinu Cănănău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Vlăsiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Liviu Vlăsiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Cănănău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Dinamite in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niculae Dudău prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niculae Dudău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Dinamite in the 94th minute of play. Robert Dinamite struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Niculae Dudău didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UFC Veseud. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
