DRAGOSLAVELE's Gavril Nițulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Vuşcan in the 3rd minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Themos Proedropoulos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Edgar Vlădean made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Herbert Henskens sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th match minute, A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Henskens to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stelian Hidiș in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavril Nițulescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When ARCADA FC's Aurel Vuşcan in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goalie prevented a goal. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emilian Achifoaiei was slow to take the kick. During this time ARCADA FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Emilian Achifoaiei almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's Gavril Nițulescu did a great save. Edgar Vlădean made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herbert Henskens in the 28th minute. Gavril Nițulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Vuşcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Durbac came free, but Gavril Nițulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavril Nițulescu came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by ARCADA FC's Adrian Durbac. But to his dismay, Adrian Durbac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Stelian Hidiș blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavril Nițulescu having to make a save. Stelian Hidiș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Stelian Hidiș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Edgar Vlădean successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after ARCADA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduard Voinescu took the corner. A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's Eduard Voinescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edgar Vlădean in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Aurel Vuşcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavril Nițulescu having to interfere. A hard shot 47 in the game by Herbert Henskens from a close distance when the talented Edgar Vlădean managed to make a qualified save. ARCADA FC's players were relieved. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herbert Henskens made a kick off. Gavril Nițulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stelian Hidiș in the 58th minute. ARCADA FC made a substitution. Denis Bratiloveanu replaced Adrian Durbac. ARCADA FC's Daniel Stoicea was substituted for Dinu Pelin. Marcu Tecău kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. A collision led to A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Marcu Tecău hit a great ball. Aurel Vuşcan took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavril Nițulescu. Gavril Nițulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Oğuzkan Sayar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
