In the 16th minute Ciprian Halipa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Costin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Costin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelian Odobescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Aurelian Odobescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Grigore Costin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ciprian Halipa struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Grigore Costin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC PIETROSUL -MM-. 25 minutes into the match, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Halipa came free, but Grigore Costin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigore Costin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Halipa in the 25th minute of play. Grigore Costin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sever Crăiniceanu's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. With an all-out effort, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Grigore Costin threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristi Ciprian, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aurelian Odobescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grigore Costin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Aurelian Odobescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigore Costin having to interfere. Niculae Rădvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Ciociu in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Cristi Ciprian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Ionel Cârneci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Rădvan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Gary Kasparov got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded FC PIETROSUL -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆.
