But to his dismay, Dumitru Zdrăilă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Teofilo Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costică Chiriloaie in the 61st minute of the match. Costin Giugiuc made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Mugur Răduțu sent off a good shot on target. A.C. Milan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
