Spectators: 8457 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) When Róbert Benkó came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Róbert Benkó couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mugurel Nediu got free with Cristi Miheș in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute Astor Haimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Miheș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Astor Haimar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristi Miheș. Armada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Astor Haimar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 20th play minutes Róbert Benkó shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Codruț Hanganu and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbert Benkó in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Codruț Hanganu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Armada's Cristi Miheș got control of the ball when Diego Sánchez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristi Miheș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Haimar in the 29th minute of play. Ionică Hrandabur hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Amine Barka fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Armada's protests and gave Amine Barka a yellow card for diving instead. After recieving a nice pass, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Carlos Berbiz tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cristi Miheș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mugurel Nediu in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Codruț Hanganu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match Armada got a corner. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. He Wei Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 42nd minute Róbert Benkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codruț Hanganu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Róbert Benkó made a kick off. Elder Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Nediu in the 54th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Cristi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Róbert Benkó's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Codruț Hanganu was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Sánchez in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristi Miheș saved Armada from getting behind. Cristi Miheș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Nediu in the 62nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Armada defense, Mugurel Nediu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristi Miheș. The Armada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristi Miheș should have stopped the shot. Armada made a substitution. Filomeno Igon replaced Róbert Benkó. Cristi Miheș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Nediu in the 70th minute of the match. Cristi Miheș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Anastasios Boukouvalas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Codruț Hanganu. That made the score 2-2 in the 75 minute of play. Cristi Miheș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Armada's Ionică Hrandabur got a free kick in the 78th minute. Carlos Berbiz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cristi Miheș. Armada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 82 minutes Armada's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Berbiz who took care of the corner kick. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Berbiz in the 84th minute. After taking down the ball on White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s corner Carlos Berbiz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristi Miheș quite easily take care of the ball. In the 85th minute, Filomeno Igon made a precise shot to the right of Codruț Hanganu. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Cristi Miheș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Sánchez in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
