Mihai Domuță made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrei Alexandrescu in the 7th minute. If Claudiu Fecioru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino Lobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicu Nichitelea, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A collision led to FC Acatar getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Alexandru Mercescu hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Andrei Alexandrescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mihai Domuță. Andrei Alexandrescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Cosmin Harbuz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrei Alexandrescu in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mihai Domuță, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, POLI TIMISOARA's Mihai Domuță got control of the ball when Andrei Alexandrescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mei Yi Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Lobo having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, POLI TIMISOARA's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Fecioru came free, but Mihai Domuță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. POLI TIMISOARA's Mihai Domuță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save POLI TIMISOARA from getting a goal against them. Mihai Domuță made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Andrei Alexandrescu sent off a good shot on target. Filip Buculeasa kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Claudiu Fecioru came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Acatar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudiu Fecioru couldn't finish the play. Mihai Domuță made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrei Alexandrescu in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Hritcu in the 48th minute of play forced POLI TIMISOARA's goalkeeper Mihai Domuță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

POLI TIMISOARA's Mihai Domuță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Fecioru in the 51st minute of play. After 54 played minutes, FC Acatar's Alexandru Mercescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mihai Domuță came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Acatar reached it. When FC Acatar's Andrei Alexandrescu in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alexandru Mercescu went to the cornerflag to take it. Diamantino Lobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicu Nichitelea in the 76th minute of play. POLI TIMISOARA were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after FC Acatar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filip Buculeasa took the corner. In the 81st minute, Cătălin Hăulică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mihai Domuță was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 84th minute Nicu Nichitelea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Lobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute POLI TIMISOARA were awarded a corner. Filip Buculeasa went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Nicu Nichitelea heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 88 minutes into the match, FC Acatar's goalkeeper Diamantino Lobo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosmin Harbuz. Diamantino Lobo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarbas Prestes in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Aristide Buzilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Acatar were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of POLI TIMISOARA for a fine match.
