F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Francisc Ciocoiu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Victor Lucila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ciocoiu in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for F.C CLUJ MEDICINA.
