After 51 played minutes -BZF- Petrolul Berca got a freekick which was hit by Charalambos Vokolos. In the 53rdth minute of the game Alf Tanner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Lino Mazza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Albertinho Alagoano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Sorin Bobocea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lino Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Costa in the 56th minute of play. If Alf Tanner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Balavanis's Sorin Bobocea got control of the ball when Albertinho Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigore Şoiman in the 67th minute of the match. Sorin Bobocea made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Flavio Valines sent off a good shot on target. Ştefan Şimoc kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Basarab in the 89th minute of play forced -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goalkeeper Lino Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorin Bobocea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charalambos Vokolos in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 played minutes -BZF- Petrolul Berca got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Olivieri. In the 95th minute Nae Groșan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Balavanis manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing -BZF- Petrolul Berca to win.
