Dominik Kosakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Karanewski in the 9th minute of the match. Teobald Karanewski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 11th playminute. If Zachary Snaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Călin Ghioncu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from René Orságh in the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Karanewski came free, but Dominik Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Carpathians defense, Zachary Snaza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Călin Ghioncu. The Carpathians fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Călin Ghioncu should have stopped the shot. The FC Ruscova fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 26 minutes into the match, Carpathians's Teobald Karanewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dominik Kosakowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Ruscova's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ercan Sabahaddin was slow to take the kick. During this time Carpathians's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Carpathians's Teobald Karanewski to fire away a dangerous shot which Dominik Kosakowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 29th minute Carpathians were awarded a corner. Ercan Sabahaddin went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Cazimir Feteanu advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-2 in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Jens-Erik Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute Ciro Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Ghioncu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobald Karanewski scored 3-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominik Kosakowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's René Orságh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Călin Ghioncu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute of the match FC Ruscova got a corner. Carpathians's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tạ Kling ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 48th minute, Cazimir Feteanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zachary Snaza made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Cortez in the 57th minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Erik Forsberg made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Zachary Snaza. 62 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Snaza came free, but Călin Ghioncu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Carpathians's zone, René Orságh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Călin Ghioncu came out of the goal and René Orságh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carpathians made a substitution. Gheorghe Ciurea replaced Cazimir Feteanu. In the 67th minute Stefan Dobay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Kosakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Umur Renan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Călin Ghioncu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Călin Ghioncu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Snaza, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Călin Ghioncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from René Orságh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ruscova's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tạ Kling in the 76th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Umur Renan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The supporters of FC Ruscova booed when Carpathians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Dobay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Stefan Dobay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dominik Kosakowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Denis Cromefeldt hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Jens-Erik Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carpathians's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
