Spectators: 9201 (Terracing: 6902, Seating: 2116, VIP seats: 183) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viktor Axelsson got the match started through his kick off. Călin Prunaru came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr. But to his dismay, Sami Zübeyr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 9 minutes, Cătălin Agulescu made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tristan Falco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Mangra, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Călin Prunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Zübeyr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Miclauș. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pau Novo in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tristan Falco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 minutes, Pau Novo made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tristan Falco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Axelsson in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Igor Czapski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Maci -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Czapski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tristan Falco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pau Novo in the 37th minute of play. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Axelsson in the 45th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sami Zübeyr was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Axelsson got free with Tristan Falco in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Viktor Axelsson in the 51st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Tristan Falco made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Pau Novo sent off a good shot on target. Sami Zübeyr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Călin Prunaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Sami Zübeyr left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Maci -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The supporters of FC Maci -MM- booed when FC MCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pau Novo didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC MCM's Elodio Ghinescu was substituted for Daniel Ciolofan. FC MCM's Radomil Redisz was substituted for Cătălin Agulescu. After 68 played minutes FC MCM got a freekick which was hit by Pau Novo. In the 69th minute of the match Rudolf Dombi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Călin Prunaru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Călin Prunaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Maci -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rudolf Dombi in the 75th minute. FC Maci -MM-'s Rudolf Dombi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Călin Prunaru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Sami Zübeyr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 81 minutes, Sabin Miclauș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Maci -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabin Miclauș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tristan Falco was a little too slow when Adrian Isbășoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 3-4. In the 87thth minute of the game Sami Zübeyr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MCM's Călin Prunaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Maci -MM- were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after FC MCM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rudolf Dombi took the corner. The corner led FC Maci -MM-'s Octavian Gaciu to fire away a dangerous shot which Călin Prunaru despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 93rd minute Sabin Miclauș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Prunaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over FC MCM could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Maci -MM- throughout the match.
