Armando Gazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matt De Ligt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Adam Vasilache got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 9 minutes of play, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Petruț Mircescu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Gazza was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Pinner Cluj-Napoca booed when Juventus PTM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Távora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Gazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nurettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute Petruț Mircescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Gazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yenal Tanır's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Rainerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes Pinner Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Adam Vasilache. Ali Nurettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Armando Gazza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pinner Cluj-Napoca defense, Yenal Tanır kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Rainerio. The Pinner Cluj-Napoca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Rainerio should have stopped the shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raimundo Espírito Santo to strike the kick off in the second half. Yenal Tanır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Rainerio having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Raimundo Espírito Santo made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jeronimo Rainerio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yenal Tanır in the 66th minute of play forced Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Jeronimo Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Messias came free, but Jeronimo Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juventus PTM made a substitution. Ferdinand Honcioiu replaced Raimundo Espírito Santo. Juventus PTM's Petre Mitică was substituted for Vidar Albäck. 72 minutes in the game Cristinel Mihalcea did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Yenal Tanır. Codrin Birișu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Armando Gazza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Codrin Birișu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-4 to the left of a surprised Armando Gazza 77 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Honcioiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Rainerio. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferdinand Honcioiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-4. Jeronimo Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Honcioiu in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Cristinel Mihalcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 played minutes Juventus PTM got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Mihalcea. Juventus PTM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
