In the 9th minute Traian Curuțiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Târlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, FC MeHigh's goalkeeper Jailson Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petru Tărău. After a rather tough play, FC MeHigh's Traian Curuțiu got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Brask in the 13th minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Olimpiu Târlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jailson Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codrin Dragalina, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A4p FC Gad's Olimpiu Târlea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Eduardo Guerrero in the 17th minute of play. Horaţiu Arsenescu charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horaţiu Arsenescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olimpiu Târlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Curuțiu in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoş Chindriș to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to A4p FC Gad getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ion Bianu hit a great ball. But to his dismay, Juan Eduardo Guerrero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Horaţiu Arsenescu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute Traian Curuțiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Târlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saruhan Akyazıcı hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Eduardo Guerrero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Petru Tărău kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Olimpiu Târlea stood somewhat misplaced when Traian Curuțiu came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 53 minute. A collision led to A4p FC Gad getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Luca Penaru hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Ahmet Hasan Keyfer hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 60th minute, Juan Eduardo Guerrero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Târlea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. A4p FC Gad's Petru Isopescu was substituted for Matei Filipoiu. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Octav Lăzăroiu replaced Dragoş Chindriș. 65 minutes into the match, Juan Eduardo Guerrero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olimpiu Târlea. A4p FC Gad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Eduardo Guerrero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. The A4p FC Gad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olimpiu Târlea should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute, Philip Åkerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC MeHigh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Petru Tărău's late challenge caught a FC MeHigh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petru Tărău helped the player get up and apologised. Petru Tărău hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Olimpiu Târlea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Curuțiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Grigoroiu hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luca Penaru during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Penaru to maneuver through the defense. FC MeHigh played a much better game than A4p FC Gad and deserved their victory. The A4p FC Gad players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
