Diego Marthaler hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Cristian Gallo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Gallo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Ali Nurettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Nurettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Abraão having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Nurettin to make the kick off. Jailson Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Nurettin in the 53rd minute of play. FC MeHigh's Jailson Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petruț Mircescu in the 56th minute of play. Fabian Brask's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jeronimo Rainerio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jeronimo Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Eduardo Guerrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The corner ended in Edgardo Dalmai almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jeronimo Rainerio did a great save. Jailson Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Nurettin in the 85th minute of play. When Fabian Brask came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC MeHigh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Brask couldn't finish the play. Jeronimo Rainerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Åkerman in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pinner Cluj-Napoca fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC MeHigh had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
