When Dumitru Purice fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Izbiste FC's protests and gave Dumitru Purice a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Izbiste FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dumitru Purice to maneuver through the defense. Cruzesti UFC were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Izbiste FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aurel Posticã took the corner. Aurel Posticã made a great header on Cruzesti UFC's corner, it was just that Izbiste FC's Dragos Plop managed to reach the ball for a save. Dragos Plop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Delinschi in the 17th minute of the match. Dumitru Purice might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boris Cepraga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dumitru Purice ran back to his position shaking his head. Anton Luncasu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dumitru Purice blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boris Cepraga having to make a save. Dragos Plop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Delinschi in the 28th minute of the match. Dragos Plop showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciprian Delinschi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Cruzesti UFC's Anton Luncasu got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Ciprian Delinschi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurel Doibani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Boris Cepraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Ciprian Delinschi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cruzesti UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciprian Delinschi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragos Plop breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Delinschi in the 60th minute of play forced Izbiste FC's goalkeeper Dragos Plop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Ciprian Delinschi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cruzesti UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Delinschi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dragos Plop was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Petrea Jereghi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 66 minute of play. When Ciprian Delinschi came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Cruzesti UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciprian Delinschi couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Aurel Doibani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Izbiste FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurel Doibani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boris Cepraga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Delinschi in the 73rd minute of play forced Izbiste FC's goalkeeper Dragos Plop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Luncasu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Dragos Plop when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ciprian Delinschi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dragos Plop came out and tried to block the shot, but Ciprian Delinschi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 80th minute. Aurel Doibani's late challenge caught a Cruzesti UFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurel Doibani helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Izbiste FC's Aurel Doibani got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Ciprian Delinschi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aurel Doibani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Boris Cepraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aurel Doibani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, Dumitru Purice cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Boris Cepraga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cruzesti UFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
