With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nichifor Posticã in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boris Cepraga saved Cruzesti UFC from getting behind. Nimoreni UFC's George Juravschi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Delinschi in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nichifor Posticã was the one to do the kick off. Nichifor Posticã received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Boris Cepraga came out and tried to block the shot, but Nichifor Posticã slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 52nd minute.
