Ursoaia UFC's attack was well implemented in the 40th minute, but when Dorel Cheptene was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Mihail Ilies could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Gicu Doibani made a huge save. If Mihail Ilies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

51 minutes into the match, CODRU's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Ilies came free, but Gicu Doibani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ursoaia UFC's goalkeeper Maxim Cotofanã, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ursoaia UFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Cristian Barbãneagrã scored to the left of an out of position Maxim Cotofanã, making the score, 2-1. Maxim Cotofanã was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Mircea Mereutã capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mircea Mereutã really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Mihail Ilies took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gicu Doibani. Gicu Doibani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Maxim Cotofanã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mircea Mereutã in the 80th minute of the match. A hard shot by Lucian Brãgutã from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Maxim Cotofanã's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 90th minute Dorel Cheptene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gicu Doibani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the CODRU players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ursoaia UFC.
