Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mihail Cretu made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Mihail Cretu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruslan Cãldare. Mihail Cretu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 6th minute, one of EagleFree:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for EagleFree. After 8 minutes of play, FC Veris's Ilie Medelean made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciprian Timofte was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Viorel Botnaru came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FC Veris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viorel Botnaru couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute, EagleFree's Mihail Cretu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruslan Cãldare. Ruslan Cãldare yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Daniel Pânzaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Viorel Botnaru made a precise shot to the right of Ciprian Timofte. EagleFree's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in EagleFree's zone, Viorel Botnaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciprian Timofte came out of the goal and Viorel Botnaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viorel Botnaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciprian Timofte having to make a save. If Mihail Cretu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viorel Botnaru to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Filip Ilies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Cãldare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th match minute, EagleFree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihail Cretu to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the game, Simion Condraciuc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Ciprian Timofte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 68 minutes into the match, FC Veris's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Cretu came free, but Ruslan Cãldare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Veris's Ruslan Cãldare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Ilies in the 79th minute of play. Simion Condraciuc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filip Ilies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruslan Cãldare having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Mihail Cretu put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ruslan Cãldare. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
