Spectators: 8099 (Terracing: 6076, Seating: 1862, VIP seats: 161) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Virgiliu Bumbac kicked off to start the match. If Nicolae Deleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgiliu Bumbac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Emilian Timofte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Palanca's Vadim Castravet got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Virgiliu Bumbac was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dacia Chișinău's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palanca the free kick. After 10 played minutes Dacia Chișinău got a freekick which was hit by Virgiliu Bumbac. 15 minutes into the match, Dacia Chișinău's goal looked a bit too open when Cãlin Cazacu came free, but Vladimir Josan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Palanca's goalkeeper Emilian Timofte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Palanca's zone, Virgiliu Bumbac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilian Timofte came out of the goal and Virgiliu Bumbac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilian Timofte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgiliu Bumbac in the 26th minute of the match. Nicolae Deleanu struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Emilian Timofte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dacia Chișinău. In the 29th minute, Nicolae Deleanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st match minute, Palanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Carabulea to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Cornel Vrânceanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th match minute, Dacia Chișinău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anatolie Cheptene to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Palanca's goalkeeper Emilian Timofte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolae Deleanu. After 54 minutes Dacia Chișinău's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teodor Vrednic who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Teodor Vrednic got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vladimir Josan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emilian Timofte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgiliu Bumbac, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 60 minutes, Nicolae Deleanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dacia Chișinău and the Palanca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolae Deleanu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Palanca's Cãlin Cazacu got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Palanca booed when Dacia Chișinău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgiliu Bumbac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacia Chișinău's Virgiliu Bumbac got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
