Spectators: 6968 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1968, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bogdan Izmanã kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Neculaieni's Eduard Vartic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduard Bumbac made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Bogdan Izmanã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduard Vartic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Eduard Bumbac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rujnita CSF's zone, Bogdan Izmanã stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduard Bumbac came out of the goal and Bogdan Izmanã tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduard Bumbac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lilian Apostol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Rujnita CSF's Alexei Vântu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Ovidiu Purice charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidiu Purice the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Neculaieni got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Purice. Eduard Vartic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasile Crudu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduard Bumbac saved Rujnita CSF from getting behind. Iulian Iordan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexei Vântu in the 32nd minute of the match. Rujnita CSF's Eduard Bumbac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Crudu in the 35th minute of play. Lilian Apostol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduard Bumbac having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexei Vântu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rujnita CSF's Dorin Colesnic got a free kick in the 56th minute. Bogdan Izmanã in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eduard Bumbac, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 58th minute Neculaieni were awarded a corner. Bogdan Izmanã went to the cornerflag to take it. Rujnita CSF's Eduard Bumbac proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Rujnita CSF from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the game, Dorin Colesnic was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rujnita CSF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neculaieni the free kick. After 66 played minutes Rujnita CSF got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Colesnic. Eduard Bumbac made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduard Vartic in the 70th minute. When Neculaieni's Bogdan Izmanã in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rujnita CSF's goalie prevented a goal. Eduard Vartic who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Eduard Bumbac when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eduard Bumbac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Izmanã in the 74th minute of play. Neculaieni's Iulian Iordan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Medelean in the 75th minute of play. Dorin Colesnic was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 80th minute, Dorin Colesnic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lilian Apostol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduard Vartic got free with Eduard Bumbac in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eduard Bumbac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Izmanã in the 87th minute of the match. Leonid Medelean kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Eduard Vartic lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Eduard Bumbac. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Bogdan Izmanã managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neculaieni's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Izmanã was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduard Bumbac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Rujnita CSF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Neculaieni were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
