The referee ignored Regal Singerei F.C.'s protests and gave Ovidiu Blanari a yellow card for diving instead. Gheorghe Graur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Vornic in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ursoaia UFC's Petru Stegaru got a free kick in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ursoaia UFC's zone, Vasile Spãtaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gicu Papuc came out of the goal and Vasile Spãtaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute Ciprian Vornic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Graur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandru Vasiliu hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. A collision led to Regal Singerei F.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ruslan Juravschi hit a great ball. Sandu Vataman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Gheorghe Graur made a huge save. Gicu Papuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vadim Stratulat in the 25th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Regal Singerei F.C.'s goalkeeper Gheorghe Graur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandu Vataman. Vasile Spãtaru kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Sandu Vataman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Gheorghe Graur made a huge save. Vadim Stratulat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gicu Papuc having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciprian Vornic made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Regal Singerei F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ursoaia UFC:s goal. 56 minutes into the match, Regal Singerei F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Vornic came free, but Gheorghe Graur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Ciprian Vornic had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gheorghe Graur. Regal Singerei F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciprian Vornic was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 64 played minutes, Ursoaia UFC's Vasile Calistru shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gheorghe Graur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ursoaia UFC reached it. Gheorghe Graur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciprian Vornic, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Mircea Bunea charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mircea Bunea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Regal Singerei F.C.! 70 minutes into the match, Vasile Calistru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gheorghe Graur. Regal Singerei F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasile Calistru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Regal Singerei F.C.'s Gheorghe Graur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Vornic in the 81st minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ursoaia UFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Regal Singerei F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
