Boris Botu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitalie Cepoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Liviu Pãduret who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Donduseni CSF's Iosif Cucu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 14th play minutes Vitalie Cepoi shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Boris Botu and just under the crossbar into goal. After 20 minutes, Liviu Pãduret made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Donduseni CSF's Iosif Cucu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Pãduret in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iosif Cucu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iosif Cucu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Pãduret in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Ialoveni booed when Donduseni CSF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anatolie Enicov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boris Botu came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Donduseni CSF's Vitalie Cepoi. But to his dismay, Vitalie Cepoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 33rd minute Vitalie Cepoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Botu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitalie Cepoi was the one to do the kick off. Donduseni CSF's Iosif Cucu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Izmanã in the 65th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Ialoveni got a freekick which was hit by Dorel Cheptene. Iosif Cucu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Izmanã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Donduseni CSF's Leonid Vântu got a free kick in the 80th minute. Boris Botu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitalie Cepoi in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Tudor Izmanã left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ialoveni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 89th minute Vitalie Cepoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Botu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Donduseni CSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anatolie Enicov to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ialoveni fully deserved thier win.
