After some careless play in the Centru FC defense, Tobiasz Cichowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petru Cârlig. The Centru FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petru Cârlig should have stopped the shot. Iain Coulshaw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Petru Cârlig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, F.C. Barcelona's Tobiasz Cichowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petru Cârlig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Centru FC's Petru Cârlig got control of the ball when Tobiasz Cichowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17thth minute of the game Grigore Cotorobai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Barcelona's Pascual Ipar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute Grigore Cotorobai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petru Cârlig made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Iain Coulshaw sent off a good shot on target. Centru FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ken Kruus 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. F.C. Barcelona's Pascual Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigore Cotorobai in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Ken Kruus managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken Kruus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petru Cârlig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Cichowski in the 33rd minute of play forced Centru FC's goalkeeper Petru Cârlig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Centru FC's Petru Cârlig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Centru FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Kruus in the 36th minute of play forced Centru FC's goalkeeper Petru Cârlig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Grigore Cotorobai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petru Cârlig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iain Coulshaw in the 42nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Ken Kruus managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken Kruus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iain Coulshaw to strike the kick off in the second half. Petru Cârlig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Kruus in the 57th minute of play. Petru Cârlig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iain Coulshaw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grigore Cotorobai in the 63rd minute of play forced F.C. Barcelona's goalkeeper Pascual Ipar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Ipar made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Grigore Cotorobai sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Centru FC's Ghenadie Burlea got a free kick in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Centru FC's zone, Ken Kruus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petru Cârlig came out of the goal and Ken Kruus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. F.C. Barcelona's Pascual Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghenadie Burlea in the 70th minute of play. Petru Cârlig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Kruus in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Ken Kruus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petru Cârlig was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 78 minutes into the match, Centru FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iain Coulshaw came free, but Petru Cârlig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobiasz Cichowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Centru FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Kruus came free, but Petru Cârlig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Iain Coulshaw shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Cârlig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Cotorobai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pascual Ipar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of F.C. Barcelona booed when Centru FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lilian Pãduret didn't get a good kick on the ball. Centru FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
