Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vitalie Cepoi took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Alexãndreni's Ghenadie Vasiliu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Cucu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute Boris Dobândã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Cucu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Alexãndreni's Ghenadie Vasiliu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iosif Cucu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 17th minute Ghenadie Vasiliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Cucu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19thth minute of the game Ghenadie Vasiliu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Donduseni CSF's Iosif Cucu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th match minute, Donduseni CSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simion Streche to maneuver through the defense. Iosif Cucu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ghenadie Vasiliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Iosif Cucu came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Alexãndreni's Boris Dobândã. But to his dismay, Boris Dobândã quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Anatolie Enicov kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Donduseni CSF's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Jereghi came free, but Iosif Cucu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ghenadie Vasiliu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Cucu saved Donduseni CSF from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Ghenadie Vasiliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Cucu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Maxim Jereghi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iosif Cucu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 40 minutes into the game, Sergiu Cimpoi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Donduseni CSF's Marin Ilies quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Ghenadie Vasiliu made the kick off in the second half. Boris Dobândã hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute Ghenadie Vasiliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Cucu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Donduseni CSF's goal looked a bit too open when Ghenadie Vasiliu came free, but Iosif Cucu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marius Casu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonid Vântu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitalie Cepoi took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marius Casu. Marius Casu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Iosif Cucu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ghenadie Vasiliu. Iosif Cucu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Jereghi in the 64th minute of play. Marius Casu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Vântu in the 65th minute of play. Iosif Cucu made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Boris Dobândã sent off a good shot on target. After 74 minutes of play, Donduseni CSF's Leonid Vântu made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marius Casu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iosif Cucu was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Ghenadie Vasiliu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ghenadie Vasiliu really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. Marius Casu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonid Vântu in the 81st minute of the match. Mihai Burlea was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Alexãndreni:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Donduseni CSF:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitalie Cepoi in the 88th minute of play forced Alexãndreni's goalkeeper Marius Casu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boris Dobândã sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 97 minutes of play, Donduseni CSF's Leonid Vântu made it 5-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marius Casu was left in no man's land by his defense there!
