Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sergiu Madan started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Sergiu Madan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iosif Chiritã. Vulcãnesti FCA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergiu Madan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 9 played minutes Vulcãnesti FCA got a freekick which was hit by Virgiliu Curagãu. 14 minutes into the match, Manta's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Platon came free, but Mircea Cotofanã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Teodor Pârlea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iurie Istrate hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Mircea Cotofanã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Platon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergiu Madan got free with Iosif Chiritã in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bogdan Platon struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Mircea Cotofanã didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vulcãnesti FCA. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Igor Vasilitã managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manta's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Vasilitã was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iosif Chiritã breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergiu Madan got free with Iosif Chiritã in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iosif Chiritã made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Vasilitã in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes of play, Manta's Sergiu Madan made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iosif Chiritã was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Vasilitã kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iosif Chiritã. That made the score 4-0 in the 46 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcel Palamarciuc made a kick off. Iosif Chiritã came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Manta's Daniel Postolache. But to his dismay, Daniel Postolache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 56th minute Daniel Postolache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Chiritã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iosif Chiritã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Vasilitã, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Burlea in the 60th minute of play forced Vulcãnesti FCA's goalkeeper Iosif Chiritã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mircea Cotofanã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Palamarciuc in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Vulcãnesti FCA booed when Manta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorel Posticã didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Vulcãnesti FCA's Ghitã Chiritã got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 64 played minutes, Manta's Sandu Burlea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iosif Chiritã came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manta reached it. 65 minutes into the match, Igor Vasilitã notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Vulcãnesti FCA's Iosif Chiritã. Iosif Chiritã was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute, Sergiu Madan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 71st minute Igor Vasilitã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Chiritã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Manta's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Palamarciuc came free, but Mircea Cotofanã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Sergiu Madan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Chiritã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iosif Chiritã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergiu Madan in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Sergiu Madan made a precise shot to the right of Iosif Chiritã. Vulcãnesti FCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Iosif Chiritã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Madan in the 86th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Vulcãnesti FCA's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Madan came free, but Iosif Chiritã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vulcãnesti FCA's Iosif Chiritã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Postolache in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Vulcãnesti FCA's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Vasilitã came free, but Iosif Chiritã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ion Macovei fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vulcãnesti FCA's protests and gave Ion Macovei a yellow card for diving instead. 97 minutes into the game, one of Vulcãnesti FCA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Manta a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Daniel Postolache, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vulcãnesti FCA's Iosif Chiritã. 9-0. When the referee ended the match the Manta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
