An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Fratea in the 7th minute of play forced Santos FC Moldova's goalkeeper Ciprian Pricop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Vasiliu couldn't finish the play. Denis Vasiliu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ciprian Pricop made a huge save.
