Dorin Prepelitã showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a little luck, Mãgura's Ilie Cobzar got control of the ball when Dorin Prepelitã tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mãgura's Lucian Ilie got a free kick in the 13th minute. Virgiliu Stratulat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nicolae Bâtcã tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Vadim Pânzaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Cobzar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolae Bâtcã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Mititel in the 24th minute of play. Nicolae Bâtcã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgiliu Stratulat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Salcuta defense, Valentin Mititel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolae Bâtcã. The FC Salcuta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolae Bâtcã should have stopped the shot. In the 29thth minute of the game Valentin Mititel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Salcuta's Nicolae Bâtcã was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Mititel in the 31st minute of play forced FC Salcuta's goalkeeper Nicolae Bâtcã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Valentin Mititel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mãgura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Nicolae Bâtcã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgiliu Stratulat in the 40th minute of the match. Virgiliu Stratulat might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolae Bâtcã. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgiliu Stratulat ran back to his position shaking his head. Vadim Pânzaru charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vadim Pânzaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vadim Pânzaru hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Adrian Macovei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC Salcuta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mãgura were winning 1-3.

After some careless play in the FC Salcuta defense, Valentin Mititel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolae Bâtcã. The FC Salcuta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolae Bâtcã should have stopped the shot. In the 60th match minute, FC Salcuta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Agapie to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Mihai Balaur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolae Bâtcã showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valentin Mititel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Nicolae Bâtcã made a huge save. The supporters of FC Salcuta booed when Mãgura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Balaur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavian Agapie took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ilie Cobzar. Mãgura's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Valentin Mititel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Bâtcã having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Virgiliu Stratulat made a precise shot to the right of Nicolae Bâtcã. FC Salcuta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Virgiliu Stratulats short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Nicolae Bâtcã to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicolae Bâtcã was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Virgiliu Stratulat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Virgiliu Stratulat really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Valentin Mititel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Nicolae Bâtcã made a huge save. Valentin Mititel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mãgura played a much better game than FC Salcuta and deserved their victory. The FC Salcuta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
