Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sandu Ciocan started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Mãgura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihai Balaur to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Mihai Balaur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ciprian Pricop was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciprian Pricop made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Valentin Mititel sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Virgiliu Stratulat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciprian Pricop. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. If Valentin Mititel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciprian Pricop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgiliu Stratulat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Valentin Mititel made a precise shot to the right of Ciprian Pricop. Santos FC Moldova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 30th match minute, Santos FC Moldova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Griceanu to maneuver through the defense. Santos FC Moldova's Ciprian Pricop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgiliu Stratulat in the 33rd minute of play. If Valentin Mititel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgiliu Stratulat in the 40th minute of play forced Santos FC Moldova's goalkeeper Ciprian Pricop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Ciocan in the 44th minute of play forced Mãgura's goalkeeper Ilie Cobzar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Mititel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciprian Pricop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgiliu Stratulat in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Emil Griceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgiliu Stratulat in the 56th minute of play forced Santos FC Moldova's goalkeeper Ciprian Pricop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Mãgura's Valentin Mititel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciprian Pricop made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 68th minute, Valentin Mititel made a precise shot to the right of Ciprian Pricop. Santos FC Moldova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos FC Moldova's Emil Griceanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilie Cobzar. That made the score 6-1 after 72 minutes of play. Sandu Ciocan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilie Cobzar having to interfere. Ciprian Pricop came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Mãgura's Valentin Mititel. But to his dismay, Valentin Mititel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. 87 minutes into the match, Santos FC Moldova's goal looked a bit too open when Virgiliu Stratulat came free, but Ciprian Pricop reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
