After 6 played minutes FC Salacuța got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Damian. Ciprian Chetrutã's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valera Ciocan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Sandu Vartic made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lilian Minciunã immediately put the ball in play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Cepoi in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Tâbârnã saved Tarabostes from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrei Bumbac got free with Valera Ciocan in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valera Ciocan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrei Bumbac went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ciprian Chetrutã scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valera Ciocan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Chetrutã in the 31st minute of play forced FC Salacuța's goalkeeper Valera Ciocan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarabostes's Cristian Tâbârnã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Pricop in the 34th minute of play. Cristian Tâbârnã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Caraman in the 37th minute of play. Valera Ciocan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lilian Minciunã, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. FC Salacuța's Valera Ciocan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save FC Salacuța from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd play minute Andrei Bumbac came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Valera Ciocan. 3-0. 47 minutes into the match, Emil Cepoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Tâbârnã. Tarabostes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emil Cepoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrei Bumbac was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Tarabostes's goalkeeper Cristian Tâbârnã had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iosif Pricop. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Chetrutã in the 54th minute of play forced FC Salacuța's goalkeeper Valera Ciocan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Andrei Bumbac who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Salacuța's Valera Ciocan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 54 minutes, Andrei Bumbac made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Salacuța's Valera Ciocan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valera Ciocan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciprian Chetrutã, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Tarabostes's Lilian Minciunã got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tarabostes's Cristian Tâbârnã proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Tarabostes from getting a goal against them. In the 70th match minute, FC Salacuța was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Caraman to maneuver through the defense. Valera Ciocan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Chetrutã in the 79th minute of the match. Ciprian Chetrutã received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Valera Ciocan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 minutes of play, Tarabostes's Lilian Minciunã made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valera Ciocan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tarabostes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
