After some careless play in the FC Buiucani defense, Emil Juravschi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gheorghe Musteatã. The FC Buiucani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gheorghe Musteatã should have stopped the shot. If Daniel Lazãr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC Puturoasa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Isai was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Buiucani's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Isai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Alberto Salgado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. UFC Puturoasa's Carlos Alberto Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save UFC Puturoasa from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC Puturoasa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Carlos Alberto Salgado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gheorghe Musteatã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Sângeorzan in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Juravschi in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gheorghe Musteatã prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute of the match UFC Puturoasa got a corner. FC Buiucani's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emil Sângeorzan ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 24th minute, Stefan Vanghele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Cãpraru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Inculet got free with Carlos Alberto Salgado in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gheorghe Musteatã didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Juravschi went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Carlos Alberto Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Inculet in the 35th minute. FC Buiucani's Daniel Lazãr got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Lazãr scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Alberto Salgado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Cãpraru to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC Buiucani's Gheorghe Musteatã got control of the ball when Stefan Vanghele tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Alberto Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Inculet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute of the match FC Buiucani got a corner. UFC Puturoasa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Isai ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 63rd minute, Alexei Caraman made a precise shot to the right of Gheorghe Musteatã. FC Buiucani's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Carlos Alberto Salgado came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buiucani's Ruslan Vasilitã. But to his dismay, Ruslan Vasilitã quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 73 minutes into the game, Emil Sângeorzan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Gheorghe Musteatã was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gheorghe Musteatã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Juravschi in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Cãpraru in the 80th minute of play forced UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Carlos Alberto Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Daniel Isai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Carlos Alberto Salgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stefan Vanghele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gheorghe Musteatã having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Buiucani's Gheorghe Musteatã got control of the ball when Emil Sângeorzan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th match minute, FC Buiucani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruslan Vasilitã to maneuver through the defense. The FC Buiucani supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UFC Puturoasa's performance. The match ended with a win for UFC Puturoasa.
