Vivant's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marin Lipets in the 17th minute. Youri Van Der Talen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 19th minute Larry Hallam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragos Enicov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larry Hallam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dragos Enicov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vivant's goalkeeper A.J. 关平, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A.J. 关平 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Cacciatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Dragos Enicov came out of the goal and Larry Hallam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ajax Academy's Dragos Enicov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larry Hallam in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Larry Hallam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragos Enicov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
