The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Stähelin got free with Dragos Enicov in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Edson-Arantes Pelé had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dragos Enicov. Ajax Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edson-Arantes Pelé was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 29 minutes into the game, Fc-Criuleni-City's Gerson Simões nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dragos Enicov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 33rd minute, Volkan Saltık hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Edson-Arantes Pelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragos Enicov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson-Arantes Pelé in the 41st minute of play forced Ajax Academy's goalkeeper Dragos Enicov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zheng Xu Chao kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.
