In a very dangerous position, a player in FC RedTube fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ievins FK a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vladislavs Strods, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC RedTube's Verners Zelcāns. 0-1. Igors Reinbakss short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Toms Gatis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Igors Reinbaks recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Verners Zelcāns took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberts Balcers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Igors Reinbaks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the game, FC RedTube's Igors Reinbaks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toms Gatis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Verners Zelcāns showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberts Balcers in the 35th minute of the match. Agnis Skretelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verners Zelcāns having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Alberts Balcers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ievins FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberts Balcers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Alberts Balcers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ievins FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC RedTube the free kick. A collision led to Ievins FK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Alberts Balcers hit a great ball. If Igors Reinbaks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 54 played minutes FC RedTube got a freekick which was hit by Haralds Nagernaks. Alberts Balcers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Verners Zelcāns tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Alberts Balcers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verners Zelcāns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ainārs Priciņš hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When Alberts Balcers came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ievins FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberts Balcers couldn't finish the play. Toms Gatis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvards Lekarēvics, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvards Lekarēvics sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvards Lekarēvics fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toms Gatis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvards Lekarēvics in the 78th minute of play forced Ievins FK's goalkeeper Toms Gatis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th match minute, Ievins FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herberts Ofmanis to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Edvards Lekarēvics ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toms Gatis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvards Lekarēvics in the 92nd minute of play forced Ievins FK's goalkeeper Toms Gatis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC RedTube had played much better football throughout.
