Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Druvvaldis Benziks notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SK Koaknese's Dainis Fizers. Dainis Fizers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberts Berde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC Beberbeki getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sandis Vestermans hit a great ball. Sandis Vestermans stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of SK Koaknese's defenders and the ball went out. FC Beberbeki appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. Druvvaldis Benziks's late challenge caught a SK Koaknese's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Druvvaldis Benziks helped the player get up and apologised. Kaspars Pilsarājs struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Fēliks Zurāvovičs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Koaknese. Druvvaldis Benziks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to FC Beberbeki getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Druvvaldis Benziks hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaspars Pilsarājs in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fēliks Zurāvovičs saved FC Beberbeki from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Roberts Berde managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Beberbeki's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberts Berde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dainis Fizers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Druvvaldis Benziks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valērijs Krims made a kick off. Roberts Berde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dainis Fizers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberts Berde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dainis Fizers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Valērijs Krims hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Zemgus Mierturis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Roberts Berde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dainis Fizers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberts Berde in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, FC Beberbeki's goal looked a bit too open when Valērijs Krims came free, but Fēliks Zurāvovičs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match SK Koaknese got a corner. FC Beberbeki's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pauls Gulbītis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC Beberbeki's zone, Ardis Landmesers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fēliks Zurāvovičs came out of the goal and Ardis Landmesers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guntis Spārniņš hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. SK Koaknese's Dainis Fizers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberts Berde in the 80th minute of play. Dainis Fizers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberts Berde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandis Vestermans might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dainis Fizers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sandis Vestermans ran back to his position shaking his head. Ardis Landmesers hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Roberts Berde notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of SK Koaknese's Dainis Fizers. Dainis Fizers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberts Berde scored 6-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dainis Fizers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dainis Fizers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandis Vestermans in the 95th minute of the match.
