In the 14th minute Andrievs Prikulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Indars Prulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mārtiņs Racinss struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Indars Prulis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Tuminy. After 25 minutes, Mārtiņs Racinss made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Virdzes's Indars Prulis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrievs Prikulis in the 33rd minute of play forced Virdzes's goalkeeper Indars Prulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Mārtiņs Racinss put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Indars Prulis. 60 minutes into the match, FK Tuminy's goal looked a bit too open when Romualds Bulis came free, but Modris Spiridovics reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivo Silapriede received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Indars Prulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mārtiņs Racinss in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
