Spectators: 9190 (Terracing: 6894, Seating: 2113, VIP seats: 183) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Normunds Mulareks started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Normunds Mulareks in the 4th minute of play forced Krami's goalkeeper Dainis Bagonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dainis Bagonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Normunds Mulareks in the 6th minute of the match. Normunds Mulareks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dainis Bagonis having to interfere. Normunds Mulareks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dainis Bagonis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zemgus Rukuris charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zemgus Rukuris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Krami getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Zemgus Rukuris hit a great ball. Normunds Mulareks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dainis Bagonis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Royal Academy's Normunds Mulareks slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dainis Bagonis. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. After 29 played minutes Krami got a freekick which was hit by Zemgus Rukuris. In the 32nd minute of the match FC Royal Academy got a corner. Krami's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aļģirts Hidekels ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to FC Royal Academy getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mareks Pavlovskis hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes Krami got a freekick which was hit by Zemgus Rukuris. In the 44th minute, Dāgs Svitiņš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Normunds Mulareks in the 46th minute of play forced Krami's goalkeeper Dainis Bagonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dāgs Svitiņš to make the kick off. If Normunds Mulareks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 minutes of play Krami's Zemgus Rukuris was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 57 played minutes Krami got a freekick which was hit by Zemgus Rukuris. Manfrēds Visendorfs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kristiāns Orluks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dainis Rudovskis in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Krami defense, Normunds Mulareks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dainis Bagonis. The Krami fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dainis Bagonis should have stopped the shot. Skaidris Mačulis scored 3-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dainis Bagonis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Krami defense, Normunds Mulareks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dainis Bagonis. The Krami fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dainis Bagonis should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Skaidris Mačulis in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dainis Bagonis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute Skaidris Mačulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dainis Bagonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the FC Royal Academy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
