Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dāgs Svitiņš started the match with the kick off. Manfrēds Visendorfss short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Vladimirs Strupulis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Krami's Dainis Bagonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mārtiņs Vilks in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Slepenā biedrība booed when Krami was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boriss Cemeris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dāgs Svitiņš hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Vladimirs Strupulis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfrēds Visendorfs went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dāvids Presis during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dāvids Presis hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Mārtiņs Vilks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 20 minutes, Mārtiņs Vilks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slepenā biedrība's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mārtiņs Vilks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Karl-Axel Sjöberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slepenā biedrība fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 27th minute Dāgs Svitiņš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimirs Strupulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krami's Dainis Bagonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Axel Sjöberg in the 33rd minute of play. If Einārs Soprāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dainis Bagonis came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Slepenā biedrība's Mārtiņs Vilks. But to his dismay, Mārtiņs Vilks quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mārtiņs Vilks was the one to do the kick off. Manfrēds Visendorfs scored 2-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimirs Strupulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ilvars Apaļais fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krami's protests and gave Ilvars Apaļais a yellow card for diving instead. Dainis Bagonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mārtiņs Vilks in the 58th minute of play. Mārtiņs Vilks's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Dainis Bagonis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mārtiņs Vilks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Dainis Bagonis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Dainis Bagonis managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Slepenā biedrība's Mārtiņs Vilks fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mārtiņs Vilks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Dainis Bagonis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Romāns Libors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dainis Bagonis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mārtiņs Vilks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Dainis Bagonis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karl-Axel Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dainis Bagonis having to interfere.
