Ritvaldis Bražģis charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ritvaldis Bražģis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 minutes of play, FC Nereta's Mário Modesto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermo Kaldvee was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ermo Kaldvee didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mário Modesto went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Rune Kapstad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Nereta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ermo Kaldvee came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Nereta's Pavel Tankovich. But to his dismay, Pavel Tankovich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Gusts Jaunulis hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Donovan Kepert sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermo Kaldvee skillfully saved the ball. Oskar Skarkman kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mário Modesto in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermo Kaldvee saved Lielkangari from getting behind. The Lielkangari players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Nereta were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaspars Biezeks to strike the kick off in the second half. Sandris Ķīlis kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mário Modesto got free with Ermo Kaldvee in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, Lielkangari's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Kapstad came free, but Ermo Kaldvee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavel Tankovich's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermo Kaldvee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Mário Modesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermo Kaldvee having to interfere. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lielkangari's goalkeeper Ermo Kaldvee, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Radomir Bochynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gusts Jaunulis hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lielkangari's Oskar Skarkman got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to Lielkangari getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sandris Ķīlis hit a great ball. Kaspars Biezeks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Muammer Taşcıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rune Kapstad hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Mário Modesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes FC Nereta got a freekick which was hit by Mário Modesto.
