After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaspars Biezeks stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ermo Kaldvee was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Normunds Mulareks showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 55 minute of play. After 61 played minutes FC Royal Academy got a freekick which was hit by Skaidris Mačulis. The supporters of FC Royal Academy booed when Lielkangari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ritvaldis Bražģis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oskar Skarkman hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Oskar Skarkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Kristiāns Orluks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Normunds Mulareks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermo Kaldvee having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Radomir Bochynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristiāns Orluks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristiāns Orluks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaspars Biezeks in the 87th minute of play. When Radomir Bochynski came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Lielkangari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomir Bochynski couldn't finish the play. Oskar Skarkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristiāns Orluks having to interfere. Kristiāns Orluks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Bochynski in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Ervīns Markulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Kaspars Biezeks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristiāns Orluks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ritvaldis Bražģis kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Skaidris Mačulis got free with Ermo Kaldvee in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
