Spectators: 10829 (Terracing: 8123, Seating: 2490, VIP seats: 216) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carl Helström made the kick off which started today's match. 2 minutes into the game, Zemgus Lakstenis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Brankas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Tornado the free kick. After 4 played minutes FK Tornado got a freekick which was hit by Arkādijs Vietnieks. After a rather tough play, FC Brankas's Zemgus Lakstenis got a free kick in the 7th minute. A hard shot 12 in the game by Arkādijs Vietnieks from a close distance when the talented Eskil Lövgren managed to make a qualified save. FC Brankas's players were relieved. 13 minutes into the match, Carl Helström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigit Sulaksana. FK Tornado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Helström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sigit Sulaksana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igors Eidusējiņš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Sebastijans Spars put in a rough tackle. After 21 minutes of play, FC Brankas's Armands Virskuls made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sigit Sulaksana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sigit Sulaksana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igors Eidusējiņš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, FC Brankas's goal looked a bit too open when He Chen Xi came free, but Eskil Lövgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of FC Brankas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FK Tornado:s goal. FC Brankas:s Eskil Lövgren showed great skill when he stopped Arkādijs Vietnieks:s penalty. A nice corner shot did that Arkādijs Vietnieks got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eskil Lövgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th minute, Olivier Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sigit Sulaksana came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Brankas's Igors Eidusējiņš. But to his dismay, Igors Eidusējiņš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After the first half FC Brankas were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell He Chen Xi to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Zemgus Lakstenis notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FK Tornado's Sigit Sulaksana. Sigit Sulaksana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sigit Sulaksana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zemgus Lakstenis in the 56th minute of play. Igors Eidusējiņš could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Sigit Sulaksana made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling He Chen Xi in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eskil Lövgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 minutes, Ahmet Demirci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Tornado and the FC Brankas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ahmet Demirci hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FK Tornado's Cafu Munhoz got a free kick in the 67th minute. Sigit Sulaksana was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Armands Virskuls. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Brankas's Zemgus Lakstenis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sigit Sulaksana. That made the score 0-5 after 69 minutes of play. Eskil Lövgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Chen Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Ahmet Demirci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FK Tornado made a substitution. Agris Kiegelis replaced Ahmet Demirci. After 84 played minutes FK Tornado got a freekick which was hit by 毛震翔. Sigit Sulaksana made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Igors Eidusējiņš sent off a good shot on target. When Xavi Scholes fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Tornado's protests and gave Xavi Scholes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FK Tornado's Xavi Scholes got a free kick in the 87th minute. Eskil Lövgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Chen Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes FK Tornado got a freekick which was hit by Xavi Scholes. Sigit Sulaksana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igors Eidusējiņš, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The FC Brankas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Brankas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
