The Valatkiskiai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Vaclovas Mackevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juozas Dagilis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. In the 40th match minute, FC Joniskis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svajūnas Eigirdas to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute of the match, Klemensas Labuckas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jokūbas Povilionis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Valatkiskiai walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
