Ugnius Kudulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Kasiulis having to interfere. Benjaminas Alsys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Augustinas Sasnauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Girkantas Giedraitis during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ugnius Kudulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Kasiulis having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Benjaminas Alsys got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Benjaminas Alsys fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olimpo's protests and gave Benjaminas Alsys a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Olimpo got a freekick which was hit by Benjaminas Alsys. Žygimantas Ždanys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olimpo's Bronius Kasiulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugnius Kudulis in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Vaidotas Auga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustinas Sasnauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Vaidotas Auga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaidotas Auga in the 38th minute of play forced Medziociai's goalkeeper Augustinas Sasnauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ugnius Kudulis came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Medziociai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ugnius Kudulis couldn't finish the play. The Medziociai fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Medziociai's Skirmantas Aidukas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bronius Kasiulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ugnius Kudulis in the 48th minute of play. The Olimpo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Medziociai were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vaidotas Auga made a kick off. Ugnius Kudulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bronius Kasiulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 54 minutes, Ugnius Kudulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medziociai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ugnius Kudulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bronius Kasiulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugnius Kudulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ugnius Kudulis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bronius Kasiulis came out and tried to block the shot, but Ugnius Kudulis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 59th minute. Skirmantas Aidukas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Kasiulis having to interfere. Medziociai's Augustinas Sasnauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Girkantas Giedraitis in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes in the game, Ugnius Kudulis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bronius Kasiulis having to interfere. Medziociai's Skirmantas Aidukas got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ugnius Kudulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Olimpo's zone, Ugnius Kudulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bronius Kasiulis came out of the goal and Ugnius Kudulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bronius Kasiulis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ugnius Kudulis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 83 minute of play. Vaidotas Auga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augustinas Sasnauskas having to make a save. Skirmantas Aidukas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Bronius Kasiulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Girkantas Giedraitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bronius Kasiulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugnius Kudulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Skirmantas Aidukas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Medziociai left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olimpo.
