Spectators: 6926 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 140) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kristupas Smilgys took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes in the game, Kristupas Smilgys fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vytaras Kepalas having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narūnas Jurgėla in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Witalis Plucinik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Narūnas Jurgėla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witalis Plucinik was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Zivavodes's Witalis Plucinik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narūnas Jurgėla in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, FBK Uzleidziu's Mantvydas Norutis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Witalis Plucinik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. FBK Uzleidziu's Vytaras Kepalas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FBK Uzleidziu from getting a goal against them. After 34 minutes of play, FBK Uzleidziu's Narūnas Jurgėla made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witalis Plucinik was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 38 minutes, Edmundas Bitė mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FBK Uzleidziu and the Zivavodes players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Mantvydas Norutis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narūnas Jurgėla to make the kick off. Witalis Plucinik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narūnas Jurgėla in the 52nd minute of play. FBK Uzleidziu's Narūnas Jurgėla got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narūnas Jurgėla got free with Witalis Plucinik in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Berkeley Porteus in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FBK Uzleidziu's Jogaila Jazukevičius. Mantvydas Norutis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Witalis Plucinik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Zivavodes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristupas Smilgys to maneuver through the defense. FBK Uzleidziu's Edmundas Bitė managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jotautas Jackus in the 67 minute of the game. In the 69th minute, Narūnas Jurgėla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Zivavodes's goalkeeper Witalis Plucinik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narūnas Jurgėla. Narūnas Jurgėlas short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Witalis Plucinik to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Narūnas Jurgėla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Witalis Plucinik skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 80th minute, Narūnas Jurgėla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Agnius Simutis came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the FBK Uzleidziu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agnius Simutis couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Narūnas Jurgėla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Witalis Plucinik. Zivavodes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narūnas Jurgėla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Zivavodes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FBK Uzleidziu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
