Spectators: 5300 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Algirdas Barauskas kicked off to start the match. The supporters of FK Ghose booed when FBK Dziugin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saulius Jučas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jotautas Čepulis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Airūnas Jasilionis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Jotautas Domkus managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Ghose's supporters rose to their feet, but Jotautas Domkus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Airūnas Jasilionis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, Šarūnas Daukaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Algirdas Barauskas struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Romas Alijošius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FBK Dziugin. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Juras Dervinis managed to get in a good position for a shot. FBK Dziugin's supporters rose to their feet, but Juras Dervinis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jotautas Čepulis got free with Airūnas Jasilionis in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, FK Ghose's goal looked a bit too open when Juras Dervinis came free, but Romas Alijošius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukas Kaunas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Juras Dervinis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Romas Alijošius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Algirdas Barauskas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FBK Dziugin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Jogaila Jakubėnas hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 55th play minutes Juras Dervinis shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Romas Alijošius and just under the crossbar into goal. Lukas Kaunas kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, FBK Dziugin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Margiris Aleksandravičius to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Jotautas Čepulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Airūnas Jasilionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, FBK Dziugin's Juras Dervinis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romas Alijošius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Agnius Masaitis fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Ghose's protests and gave Agnius Masaitis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FK Ghose getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jotautas Čepulis hit a great ball. The FK Ghose fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FBK Dziugin were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
